Day Walks

1-day guided immersion

A guided day in nature that includes both time in a small group and several hours alone.

This is for people who sense something is shifting, a decision, a direction, or a deeper call, but don’t yet have clarity.

The day is structured to help you step out of your usual pace and into a quieter, more attentive way of being. Through guided preparation, solo time on the land, and facilitated integration, you begin to hear what’s actually true for you; not the surface noise, but what’s deeper and more essential.

This isn’t a hike or a coaching session. It’s closer to a threshold experience: a contained, supported way to step toward something that’s asking for your attention.

What to expect:

  • A full-day experience (approx. 8–10 hours)
  • Opening circle and intention setting
  • 3–4 hours of solo time in nature
  • Guided return and integration

For you if:

  • You’re at a decision point or something in your life is shifting
  • You want clarity that doesn’t come from thinking harder
  • You feel a pull toward something more meaningful, but can’t yet name it

What people often leave with:

  • Clarity about what matters most right now
  • A decision or next step that had been out of reach
  • A felt sense of calm, direction, or renewed energy

There’s also an edge to this.
You’ll be spending time alone, without distraction, in a way that most people aren’t used to. That’s part of what makes it work.

If gathering in person isn’t possible, I also offer a structured remote version that guides participants through their own solo time locally, with facilitated preparation and integration.

Staying Steady in a Changing World

Online program

A practical, experiential program for strengthening your inner steadiness and capacity in the midst of ongoing change.

Most people were never taught how to stay grounded under pressure. This work changes that. This work focuses on building wholeness — the ability to stay grounded, present, and responsive rather than reactive when things feel uncertain or pressured.

It’s for people who are holding a lot, and noticing the strain, things like feeling fragmented, pulled in different directions, or not showing up in the way they know they’re capable of.

Rather than coping strategies or mindset shifts, this program helps you recognize what’s happening inside you in real time and develop the capacity to return to a more mature, grounded way of responding.

What we’ll work with:

  • Recognizing when you get pulled off center and how to come back to yourself
  • Building the inner steadiness to stay present under pressure
  • Staying connected to what actually matters when things feel unclear or demanding

Format:

  • Online, small group
  • Weekly sessions with optional practices between

What you’ll leave with:

  • More capacity to stay steady in challenging situations
  • Awareness of when you’re reactive and how to shift
  • A stronger, more reliable connection to your own inner ground

The world isn’t settling down.
This is about becoming someone who can meet it well.

Rewilding the Self Online Workshop

Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul

Online | July–August 2026 (6 weeks)

A small-group journey for those feeling the pull toward a deeper, more alive way of living.

This program supports a return to what is essential, through reflection, embodiment, and practices that reconnect you with your inner life and the living world. It’s not about fixing yourself, but about becoming more whole, more present, and more in relationship with life.

We’ll work with a range of soul-centered and experiential practices including guided reflection, deep imagery, council, and nature-based invitations.

For you if:

  • You’re in a life transition or feeling something is shifting
  • You want more than insight — you want lived change
  • You feel called toward a deeper relationship with yourself and the world

  • 6 weekly sessions (July 8 – Aug 12)
  • 6–9pm ET, live on Zoom
  • Sliding scale: $450–$740
